We accept returns on:
Any item listed as ready-to-wear/ready-to-ship. You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Custom work

• Made-to-order category

• Basics & accessories that are listed as made-to-order

These items are created especially for you and therefore excluded from our return & refund policy.

How to request a return:
1. Fill in the return form down below.
2. We’ll review your request and contact you to confirm if the return is accepted.
3. We’ll provide the return address and next steps if your return is approved.
4. Carefully pack the item(s) with the original tags attached and ship them to the address we provide.

Please note: The shipping cost for your return are your responsibility. We do refund the original shipping fee you paid for your purchase.

Once we receive and inspected your items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
