I’m sorry to hear the piece you wanted is currently unavailable. Pieces listed as one-of-a-kind are unique, and will unfortunately not be restocked.
For any other item, you can join the waiting list to be the first to know if it returns.

Made-to-order (MTO):
MTO are pre-designed pieces with limited customization options. You can select from the available choices, like color and size, to create your dream version. Perfect if you want something unique without having to go through the whole custom commission process.

Custom work:
This is where your unique ideas are brought to life. You can commission a custom piece by scheduling a meeting or by choosing from our design-your-own (DYO) models. Learn more on our custom work page.

Please be aware that both MTO and custom work are made after you placed your order and won't qualify for refunds.

Schedule a meeting by filling in the contact form. Write a brief summary of the commission, request a meeting and I will get back to you to set up a date. The meeting is initially at my workplace, but it's also possible somewhere more convenient for you. I might bill extra fees for travel expenses. During the meeting we discuss the ideas, take measurements and plan follow-ups for alterations.

Can't meet up? No problem! The second option is picking one of the Design-Your-Own pieces available on the custom workpage. These are available in various sizes and custom adjustments. Fill in the DYO form with your model of choice and your ideas and I will get back to you with a design and price quotation. Your piece will be made after you signed the quotation and your (down) payment is received.

Too much of a hassle and rather have something pre-designed? Then made-to-order might be exactly what you're looking for. 

No worries! Your first design is always free. Make sure to send as much info as needed. If you have a specific design in mind then tell the colors, fabrics, adjustments (listed with every model), decorations and absolute no-gos. Rather let us have all the freedom? Only note down what's important to you such as which piece, size and color. In case you request something impossible we will get back to you with alternatives. No inspiration? Have a look at our portfolio!

In case you like your design, but want some adjustments, we won't charge for a new design. If the ideas keep changing and new designs need to be made after, a small fee will be charged on the final quotation.

You're always allowed to decline your design if it's not what you hoped for without any costs. Nothing is final until you signed your price quotation and the down payment is received

We don't recreate exact copies of any designs, whether by another artist or my own own-of-a-kind pieces. However, we can absolutely use your photo as an inspiration to design something truly original with you. Have a look at our custom work page for more info!

Second chances are (old) pieces with small imperfections, accessories made from scrap materials and second-hand clothing given new life. All products are chosen/made to reduce waste in my workplace. They're sold for a small price and the best part is that 15% of your purchase will be donated to a non-profit organisation of choice. More info about the organisations you will find here.

Second chance prices are calculated based on age, conditions and hours worked. It's possible that a piece that looks more impressive is cheaper than an accessory made from scrap material. The piece may be older or has a small imperfection, while the other is recently made.
