MTO are designs created to be customized to your liking. You can click the available options and assemble your own dream piece. Your piece will be made after you have placed your order. Please note that you can't return MTO pieces and they won't be refunded after purchasing.

Basics are simple but essential pieces to complete your outfit. They're available in a bigger range of sizes and are also made after you placed your order. Basics are possible to return and are fully refunded.

I sometimes choose to take these products out of stock if I can't keep up with the orders. Please get in touch if you're interested in one of the products and I'll inform you about the estimated time for these to come back. 

There are two ways to order a custom piece:

Schedule a meeting by filling in the contact form. Write a brief summary of the commission, request a meeting and I will get back to you to set up a date. The meeting is initially at my workplace, but it's also possible somewhere more convenient for you. I might bill extra fees for travel expenses. During the meeting we discuss the ideas, take measurements and plan follow-ups for alterations.

Can't meet up? No problem! The second option is picking one of the blank canvases available on the custom work page. These are available in various sizes and custom adjustments. Fill in the contact form with your canvas of choice and your ideas and I will get back to you with a design and price quotation. Your piece will be made after you signed the quotation and your payment is received.

Too much of a hassle and rather have something pre-designed? Then MTO might be exactly what you're looking for. 

The custom adjustments listed with each piece are things I can change or add to the base of each piece. For example adding a belt, or lengthen/shorten the sleeves.

Decorations (e.g. fringes, studs and chains) don't affect the measurements and are always possible to add to your design.

No worries! Your first design is always free. Make sure to send me as much info as needed. If you have a specific design in mind then tell me the colors, fabrics, custom options (listed with every piece), decorations and absolute no-gos. Rather let me have all the freedom? Only note down what's important to you such as which piece, size and color. In case you request something impossible I will get back to you with alternatives. No inspiration? In case you like your design, but want some adjustments, I won't charge for a new design. If the ideas keep changing and new designs are need to be made after, I will charge a small fee listed on the final quotation. 
 

You're always allowed to decline your design if it's not what you hoped for without any costs. Nothing is final until you signed your price quotation and I received the payment.

Please note that you can't return and get a refund for custom work.

No, I don't recreate anyone's work. I can use your idea as an inspiration, but I will never make an exact copy on purpose. Neither will I recreate my own one-of-a-kind pieces.
A custom order means we will design something original together that fits your wishes. 

Second chances are (old) pieces with small imperfections, accessories made from scrap materials and second hand clothing given new life. All products are chosen/made to reduce waste in my workplace. They're sold for a small price and the best part is that 15% of your purchase will be donated to a non-profit organisation of choice. More info about the organisations you will find here.

Possible imperfections/damage will be listed with each piece, please read the products information for full details.

Second chance prices are calculated based on age, conditions and hours worked. It's possible that a piece that looks more impressive is cheaper than an accessory made from scrap material. The piece may be older or has a small imperfection, while the other is recently made.

After you added your products, go to cart and you will see an option to apply your discount code. Enter the code and click on apply. Your discount is now calculated in your purchase.

I'm located in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. 

Yes! Please note that some non-EU countries charge additional fees and taxes.

I ship from Monday to Saturday. Shop orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 13.00 (CET) are shipped the same day (MTO, custom work and basics excl.)

Depending on where you're located you will receive your order within days to a few weeks. Some non-EU countries require your package to be cleared by customs. Unfortunately, it may take longer for your package to arrive. 

If the received track and trace doesn't provide you any information, please get in touch so I can locate your package. 

All products (MTO, Second Chances, and custom work excl.) are accepted to be returned and fully refunded if the products returns undamaged. Make sure to fill in the return form and follow the instructions that are included with your package. 

Yes. At the moment I don't provide free shipping to return your package. You do get a full refund for the shipping costs you paid when placing your order.

Depending on the piece: XXS to XXL. Custom pieces (blank canvas pieces excl.) are made to your personal measurements.
